        Starting from the 70s and till the end of 80s a company was facing turbulence by bringing more successful models like Renault 5, expanding and founding plants in Eastern Europe, Africa and Australia alongside with getting into a financial crisis from time to time. And only on the 90s the balance started to turn back with a release of the new line-up: Clio, Escape, Twingo and Laguna models. And even in 1995, one of the line models Renault Megan achieved 4 stars in Euro NCAP safety tests rating.


        These years the company successfully returned to Formula 1 and was privatized again. Since 2000, launching a series of more or less successful models Renault has been known for its constituent reliability, low repair costs and middle class vehicles highly demanded on the market.
